FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Where do we check in?
A. Someone will be meeting you in the parking lot of your reserved beach house
unit at check in to settle up final payment and give you your keys.
Instructions to coordinate are included in your
rental agreement.
Q. What time is check-in and check-out?
A. Check-in time is any time after 4:00 PM on your day of arrival and check-out time is any time before
11:00 AM on the day of departure. A late fee may be applied for check outs after 11:00 AM.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes. We require a HALF down as deposit, when making reservation with the balance due
upon arrival date.
Q. What form of payment is required for deposits?
A. We accept cash, MASTER CARD, VISA, personal checks, traveler's checks and money orders.
Q. What form of final payment is required upon arrival?
A. We accept cash, MASTER CARD, VISA, traveler's checks and money orders.
Q. How are the units equipped - what should I bring?
A. Our apartments have fully furnished kitchens, full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cooking utensils, pots & pans. Bath towels and linens are also provided. You should bring beach towels, sun tan lotion, groceries, toiletries, dish & laundry soap, and garbage bags.
Q. When is trash pick-up?
A. Trash pick-up is every Monday and Thursday morning.
Q. If I cancel do I get my advance deposit refunded?
A. Most deposits are refundable if you cancel your reservations prior to 45 days
for before your arrival date less a 10%
administrative fee. (This fee is charged to
cover office costs and "time off of the
market"). Monthly rentals are not subject
to cancellation at any time. See

Q. Can anyone rent a beach house from you?

Q. How many people can stay in a unit?
A. Our one bedroom will accommodate up to
6 people. The two bedroom units on Corral and
Capricorn will sleep up to 8 people. On
Jupiter the max. per unit is 10 people. Units
can be rented together when available to accommodate
larger groups.
Q. Can I reserve a particular beach house?
A. We will do everything possible to see that your request is granted; if, however, that unit should become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to relocate your reservation to a comparable accommodation. We will, of course, make every effort to notify you of the change in advance.
Q. What do I do if there is a problem with my beach house unit?
A. In the unlikely event that an appliance fails, it will be repaired as quickly as possible. Please report any problems at once so that they may be corrected. There are no refunds.
Q. Is there free parking?
A. All of the properties that we represent provide adequate off-road free parking.
Q. Can I bring my well mannered, friendly pet?
A. Yes, we believe well mannered, friendly pets need vacations too! All of our units are pet-friendly -- just ask! :)
SOME MORE THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
Renter will pay for any damages to the beach house or missing items, which are a result of their actions or the actions of one of their guests.
A security deposit may be required for all stays.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury of guests or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
Beach House Vacation Rentals, SPI, Inc., management and employees are not responsible for damage to guests, valuables or automobiles.
Illegal substances and firearms are not allowed on the property.
A cleaning fee of up to $65 will be charged for all stays.
(This amount varies according to square footage of
unit).
A three-day minimum stay is required, and in some cases, five days minimum will be necessary.
No refunds will be issued for early departures.
