FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. Where do we check in and check out?
A.  For your convenience, you will go directly to your reserved unit at check-in.  Someone will be meeting you in the parking lot of your reserved beach house unit at check in to give you the door codes.
Instructions to coordinate are included in your rental agreement.

Q. What time is check-in and check-out?
A. Check-in time is any time after 4:00 PM on your day of arrival and check-out time is any time before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. A late fee may be applied for check outs after 11:00 AM.

Q. Do you require a security deposit?
A. Yes. For Spring Break, we require $500 (minimum) security deposit plus a cleaning fee ($45-65 this amount varies based on square footage of the unit). The deposit will be mailed back after the unit has been checked for damages and the yard inspected for cleanliness. We require Spring Breakers to pay the full amount due 30 days in advance of arrival date.

Q. What form of payment is required for deposits?
A. We accept cash, MASTER CARD, VISA, personal checks, traveler's checks and money orders.

A. Because final payment is due 30 days in advance, we accept cash, MASTER CARD, VISA, traveler's checks, personal checks and money orders.

Q. If I cancel do I get a refund?
A.  Sorry. Payments made for Spring Break reservations are non-refundable.

Q. Can anyone rent a beach house from you?
A. Yes, with minimum age of 18 (must be at least 21 years of age to rent on Jupiter St.).  Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  

Q. How many people can stay in a unit?
A. Individual listings state the recommended occupancy.  Our one bedroom will accomodate up to 6 people.  The two bedroom units on Corral and Capricorn will sleep up to 8 people.  On Jupiter the max. per unit is 10 people.  Units can be rented together when available to accommodate larger groups. 

Q. Can I reserve a particular apartment?
A. We will do everything possible to see that your request is granted; if, however, that unit should become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to relocate your reservation to a comparable accommodation. We will, of course, make every effort to notify you of the change in advance.

Q. How are the units equipped - what should I bring?
A. Our apartments have fully furnished kitchens, full size refrigerator,  stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cooking utensils, pots & pans. Bath towels and linens are also provided. You should bring beach towels, sun tan lotion, groceries, toiletries, dish & laundry soap, and GARBAGE BAGS. You'll need them for the beer bottles and cans :)

Q. What do I do if there are problems with my apartment?
A. In the unlikely event that an appliance fails, it will be repaired as quickly as possible. Please report any problems at once so that they may be corrected. There are no refunds.

Q. Is there free parking?
A. All of the properties that we represent provide adequate off-road free parking.

Q. Can I bring my well mannered, friendly pet?
A. We believe well mannered, friendly pets need vacations too! All of our units are pet-friendly -- just ask!

SOME MORE THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

Renter will pay for any damages to the beach house or missing items, which are a result of their actions or the actions of one of their guests.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury of guests or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.  Beach House Vacation Rentals, SPI, Inc., management and employees are not responsible for damage to guests, valuables or automobiles.

Illegal substances and firearms are not allowed on the property.

Spring Break rentals are rented from Saturday to Saturday only. One week stays.
